SHIPPING, RETURNS, and REFUND POLICY

Welcome to the Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy of www.cyclingupgrades.com (“we”, “us”, and “our”).
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You (“Customer” or “User”) will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed, it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure the shipping address is correct as we are often unable to redirect goods once they are in a carrier’s possession. Any incorrect address details will often result in the parcel being returned to the sender, in which case you may be charged for re-delivery.
We ship to customers in the USA and internationally. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. In the event that the shipping costs for an order are incorrectly calculated, CyclingUpgrades.com reserves the right to contact the buyer with updated shipping costs and request payment for the difference before shipping the order. This may occur especially with international orders. If the buyer does not agree to pay the additional shipping costs, they may choose to cancel their order and receive a full refund. CyclingUpgrades.com will make reasonable efforts to ensure that shipping costs are accurately calculated but reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions.
We require a signature for all orders over $750 to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the order and receiving a receipt of goods.
We provide basic insurance coverage on all orders against loss and/or damage in transit. This includes coverage of up to $200 on orders below $750 and coverage of up to $500 for orders over $750. If the package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to report the issue. If additional insurance coverage is desired, please contact us for insurance pricing after placing the order.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that have been installed or used, or to deduct a restocking fee from the refunded amount. CyclingUpgrades.com can provide a prepaid return shipping label upon request, however return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount along with any credit card or merchant fees incurred during the transaction.
We reserve the right to accept or reject a returns and refund request at our sole discretion. We may not accept requests for returns which have been used and/or damaged by the Customer or for fraudulent return/refund requests.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds for returns or cancellations will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. Credit card processing fees, PayPal fees, and/or merchant fees will be deducted from the refund amount. If an item is not returned in the same condition as when it was received, or if it is returned after the 30-day return period, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a restocking fee from the refunded amount. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Buyers are responsible for any import fees, duties, brokerage charges, or return to sender charges that may be incurred during the shipping process. We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by customs clearance. If an international order is returned to us due to a customs issue, we will refund the order amount less the shipping costs or any fees associated with the return.
Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
If you suspect your package is lost or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the packaging, damage to the product, and retain the packaging until instructed otherwise.
Packages Lost or Stolen after Delivery
Once we deliver the order to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is secure and that the customer or someone authorized by the customer is available to receive the package. If the customer suspects that the package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We also suggest the customer contact the local Post Office, UPS, or Fedex location if a package has been lost or stolen after delivery.
