Bar rotation: Oriented at approximately 80 degrees. The ends of the bar will point 6-7 degrees down when mounted on your bicycle (owing to the head tube angle). Shifter/Brake hoods will then be positioned as flat to the top of the bar as possible (see last 2 listing photos). Came off a build with a 73.5 degree head tube angle.
Condition: These handlebars are in very good condition. There are little to no clamp marks at the hoods from prior installation. No scratches, chips, or dings on the flats.
